Vegan Beer Dinner – Take Two, August 24th

On the heels of the success of their first beer dinner back in April, The Libertine Bar has taken it upon themselves to offer another round next week on Wednesday, August 24th. (Take a look at some great photos from the first event).

This is exactly the type of pro-active marketing we like to see in the restaurant community. Once owners see how the vegan community can respond when given specific menu choices and events, they begin to understand how valuable it is to their business to continue with those options.

Here’s a peek at the menu for this round and instructions for RSVP as provided by The Libertine:

Spicy Vegan Theme

1st Course: Roasted Jalapeño stuffed with Mushroom Duxelles
2nd Course: Wok Tossed Green Beans and Daikon Strips with Peanut Curry
3rd Course: Ghost Pepper Soup
4th Course: Smoked Veggie BBQ Platter with Twice Baked Potato with Celery Root, Artichoke, Eggplant, and Asparagus
5th Course: Sweet Chile Glazed Pineapple and Strawberry Trifle

Tickets are $50 for 5 courses with paired beer. Reservations are required and can be made on 214-824-7900 or with our friendly staff.
