The Libertine Bar is once again going vegan with their 5-Course Beer Dinner series on Monday, November 5 (Take a look at some great photos from the first event).
The first two dinners were incredible, and the menu for this year’s looks even more impressive. Take a look at the menu and RSVP details provided by The Libertine (click here for Facebook event RSVP):
1st course: Sundried tomato quinoa cakes with chive oil and arugula. Paired with Orval.
2nd course: Sweet beets with spinach and endive, radish and persimmon topped with apple frizee slaw. Paired with Houblon Chouffe Dobbelen IPA Tripel.
3rd: Pink Lentil Curry with roasted leaks and smoked cashew. Paired with Sam Smith India Ale.
4th course: Seitan Piccata over soba noodles and roasted squash. Paired with Saison Dupont.
5th course: Pumpkin pudding with almond foam and praline. Paired with Live Oak Hefeweizen with Ginger Syrup.
