Interesting blog post from Texas BBQ Posse, a local blog devoted to all things meat. Apparently one of the co-founders went vegan for six weeks – and survived!
It’s quite an interesting read and is refreshing to hear someone approach meatless dining with an open mind. While he may not be sticking with the vegan thing (for now), he certainly seems to have picked up some better habits and might be a good spokesman for the cuisine going forward.
