Selection of vegan dumplings, soups, noodle dishes, veggie stir-fries, and tofu dishes. Common allergens are always listed, among them being eggs; vegetarian dishes w/ egg can thus be easily veganized. You can also have them add tofu or mushrooms to any dish (for a small fee), and I've had luck with them replacing meat with tofu. At one point they had a separate vegan/vegetarian menu; they no longer have this menu, but all items are now on one common menu.
